However, please note that we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products. In the unlikely event that a defective product is delivered or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 days of the product's arrival date. We will exchange the product for a good one or refund the purchase price.
*Many of the products sold at Kuulei Hawaii are manufactured overseas. Please understand that we consider them to be of good quality according to local inspection standards. Products are produced one by one by hand, so there will be individual differences. The same applies to products that have been dyed by hand, and color unevenness may occur. Color variations may occur depending on the printing time of the fabric and the roll, and the color may change for each lot. The fabric may have weaving defects or misalignment of the print.
Please note that even if you are in the case of a refund or return for the above reasons, your claim will be invalid if you cut off any tags attached to the product.
